The Dutch Government and others finance a number of fellowship programmes to make Dutch higher education accessible to qualified international students and mid-career professionals from other countries, including Vietnam. These programmes provide fellowships to cover tuition fee and/or costs of living for study in the Netherlands. Each programme has its own criteria and sets out specific requirements.
