The Netherlands Programme for Institutional Strengthening of Post-secondary Education and Training Capacity was launched by the Netherlands Government in 2002. The programme is administered by Nuffic, the Netherlands Organisation for International cooperation in higher education. The aim of this programme is to help selected developing countries to strengthen their institutional capacity for providing post-secondary education and training. Vietnam is one of the selected countries.
The NPT programme is currently being revised. It is expected that the new programme will enter into force in 2009. Unfortunately, until that time, there will be no new call for proposals for projects in Vietnam. More information on the new programme will be published on this website once available.
